Personal Biography
I grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut, and always felt a little different, like the resident alien queen. Born with sharp intuition, natural empathy, and a magnetic intensity, I was the kid asking complex questions and challenging the status quo. A lifelong learner and explorer, I immersed myself in every subject imaginable and once imagined I’d become a Scientist, Rock Star, and Mother.
Perhaps not all those roles unfolded as expected, but in my own way, I became all three. Through my work across the sciences of business, entrepreneurship, and the quantum physics of spirituality, I became a kind of scientist. Through my singing in the shower and goth-inspired wardrobe, I became a rock star. And through my healing and coaching, I became a mother.
I always felt different, always searching for something new to learn, meet, or experience. It turns out, I was seeking myself — as we all inevitably are. In a quantum universe of infinite possibility, I discovered that clarity, purpose, and expression were already within me.
Now, I'm here to lead you through your own discovery, your own tour of the matrix, toward the infinite possibility that is you.
Professional Biography
After earning my B.S. from Cornell University, I began my career in New York’s fashion industry, working with iconic brands such as Diane von Furstenberg, Alice + Olivia, and Elie Tahari. I later pursued an MBA at Columbia University, where I pivoted into management consulting with McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy and operational transformation.
Following my time at McKinsey, I served as a Senior Lead of Strategy and Innovation at Macy’s, guiding large-scale initiatives for the multi-billion-dollar omni-channel retailer.
From there, I charted my own entrepreneurial path. After landing representation with CESD Talent Agency as a Voice Actor through a single cold email, I founded Espeland Enterprises, a boutique executive coaching firm known for my proprietary approach to executive presence and authentic leadership.
Today, I channel my expertise and creative energy into a diverse portfolio of ventures, from my healing and coaching practice to my shoppable Hollywood Healer brand, bridging the corporate and the creative, the strategic and the spiritual, as a true Manifesting Generator exploring the quantum world of possibility.
